RNN Sales & Rentals is owned and operated by Lyle Pringle and Doreen Shadow. They are accompanied by a team of fully qualified ACP’s, PCP’s, EMR's, OFA’s, Paramedics and Nurses who are dedicated to ensuring your worksite will receive superior medical response in the event of emergency. In, addition to our Industrial Medical Units, we also have a 540-acre shale pit located 13 km east of Dawson Creek on the Spirit River Highway (Hwy 49). Our shale is a superior application as a base for building durable roads, highways, and leases, available by pick-up or delivery. Lyle Pringle is a partner with RNN Sales & Rentals and brings a lifetime of knowledge in the oil and gas sector.
The Company has a maintenance program in place that follows the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (“OEM”) recommendations on servicing for all equipment.
RNN is COR* certified by WorkSafe BC and Occupational Health and Safety (“OHS”) Alberta through Energy Safety Canada.
The Company has maintained a perfect score on its health and safety audits for several years
Doreen Shadow
Doreen Shadow is the President of RNN and
handles day-to-day operations. Doreen is a
Registered Nurse (“RN”) with over 20 years of
experience.
Doreen is a member of the Sturgeon Lake Cree
Nation.
Lyle Pringle
Lyle Pringle is a shareholder in the Company. Through
his lifetime knowledge and experience of the oil
and gas sector he provides oversight and
guidance for the Company
